Kerry is delighted to announce the launch of her brand new show "Rainy Days, Mondays & Good Old Dreams", a celebration of the sublime vocal talent of Karen Carpenter.

In her show, Kerry will talk about both the musical influences and the lives of the sibling duo as she explores the Carpenters' incomparable back catalogue, singing all the old favourites, "Close To You", "Top of the World", "Yesterday Once More", "Superstar" and many other fabulous numbers.

On hearing Karen Carpenter's vocals for the first time, Herb Alpert said, "This was an exceptional voice that was totally identifiable. Listening to that voice for the first time I knew that radio could never submerge it, camouflage it or confuse it for anybody. That voice coming out of that radio would be immediately identifiable throughout the ages."
